Chuck, a Cape May County native, has been in business since 1983. He has a passion for architecture and loves the challenges that building a custom home brings. Chuck and his wife Kris, raised three boys Michael, Luke, and Courtney who have all worked for the family business throughout the years.
Courtney Vallese

Courtney, a Cape May County native, graduated from Richard Stockton College with a degree in communications. After working for his father hands-on with framing and trim work, Courtney decided to follow his passion for building. Courtney enjoys overseeing every detail in our projects, ensuring a turnkey process with our clients. In his free time, Courtney enjoys surfing and snowboarding.
Luke Vallese

Luke grew up in Cape May County and spends much of his free time enjoying all it has to offer. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a major in art studio graphics. After spending some time living in both South Carolina and New Mexico, he returned back to Cape May County to join forces with his brother Courtney to grow the business to the level it is at today.
